New wholesale customers
1. If you want to become a new customer of Jinghuachina Wholesale, please submit via email. After receiving your email, we will process a new quotation within 1 working day.
- Minimum requirements to become a wholesale customer:
2.1 The minimum order amount is $500
2.2. The minimum reorder amount is $300
- Wholesale price changes and shipping costs:
The wholesale price stated in the email reply is subject to change without prior notice when placing another order. We will negotiate with the customer when placing another order. The freight and transportation costs are borne by the customer.
- Transportation:
Unless otherwise requested, orders will be shipped by default through the following methods:
4.1 Weight (including volumetric weight and actual total weight, whichever is greater) ≤ 2 kilograms, default postal small package, delivery time 7-25 working days, slightly slower in some countries.
4.2 Within the range of 2 kilograms ≤ weight (including volumetric weight and actual total weight, whichever is the maximum) ≤ 30 kilograms, the default shipment will be through dedicated logistics, with a delivery time of 5-10 working days.
4.3 If there is a need for expedited transportation, please request expedited shipment or specific shipping instructions in the order.
4.4 If the shipping address is located in a remote area, additional fees may be required for remote areas. There are no additional fees for non remote areas.
4.5 Regarding Timeliness:
Production time+transportation time=time of receipt of goods
- Undelivered orders:
If the total price of out of stock items in a single order reaches or exceeds $50, they will be retained until the time of preparation for shipment. If delayed delivery is not accepted, please notify Jinghuachina Wholesale customer service. The freight and transportation costs are borne by the customer.
- Return of goods
Without prior approval and issuance of a return credit packaging form by Jinghuachina, returns will not be accepted.
6.1 If there is an error in the delivery of the goods, it must be reported within 10 days after receipt. All returns must be completed within 60 days. We do not accept returns of discontinued, discounted, or seasonal products. Returns require a 10% restocking fee, with each order not less than $10. Return address: Huiyuan Xindu Block B, Shaping Town, Heshan City, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province。
6.2 Damaged items, any claims for damage must be made within 10 days of receipt. Our customer service team may request photos of the packaging and products. Notification of loss or damage must be submitted to the transportation company, and all packaging materials must be kept for inspection by the transportation company.
- Order processing time:
Although we strive to process all orders as soon as possible, our standard processing time is 1 business day, plus standard delivery time (7-25 days for postal services and 5-10 days for dedicated logistics). If you wish for faster delivery of your order, please indicate your preferred expedited shipping method. For ground delivery orders, corresponding expedited fees may be charged to your order. The expedited delivery fee is borne by the customer themselves.
