This shipping offer applies only to orders that meet the free shipping threshold, which is calculated after all other discounts have been applied. These timeframes apply to non-custom products. Please add 7-10 days for production of customized items.

Dispatch and Delivery
1.Regarding delivery times:
With the exception of bespoke orders, most orders will be dispatched within 2–7 working days of placement. Orders selected for priority delivery will be processed within 36 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). The priority delivery option for bespoke orders applies only to transit time; production time cannot be expedited.
Once the parcel has left the warehouse, the estimated delivery times are as follows (excluding extreme weather and public holidays):
- Standard Delivery: 7–25 working days, depending on your delivery address. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
- International Express Delivery: 5–10 working days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
- Express Delivery for Customised Orders: 3–8 working days.
2.Regarding order dispatch times:
- For standard orders, orders placed before 4:00 pm Beijing Time from Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 5 working days (excluding extreme weather, weekends and public holidays);
- Customised printing orders will be processed via express delivery; however, production times cannot be expedited.
3.Important Notes:
3.1 On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking details. We guarantee that the parcel has been handed over to the courier. However, from that point onwards, we accept no liability for the parcel’s final delivery to you.
3.2 For residential deliveries that do not require a signature, the driver may, at their discretion, leave the parcel in a safe, discreet and weather-protected location. This may include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.
3.3 Delivery of custom orders may require a signature. Please take this into account when selecting a delivery address for your parcel. For residential deliveries requiring a signature, if no one is at home, you may leave instructions for the driver. For example, you may request that the parcel be delivered to a neighbour who is at home.
3.4 Orders sent to a post office box (P.O. Box) will be dispatched.To avoid delivery errors, please provide the correct ‘Delivery Address’ (post office box or street address) and ‘Contact Number’.
3.5 Some customised products cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. Orders that cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box may require additional processing time (up to 5 working days).
4.Production times and shipping costs for customised orders:
You will not be charged additional shipping costs for separate shipments of customised orders. Please allow up to 10 days for production before dispatch.
