For https://jinghuachina.com (collectively referred to as “jinghuachina”), if you return an item that is brand new and unread/unopened within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the https://jinghuachina.com delivery note, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price (including relevant taxes and fees); however, the buyer is responsible for the cost of both the original delivery and the return postage.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Eligible refunds will generally be credited to your original payment method. If you purchased using a credit card, debit card or mobile payment method, you must present the original payment receipt to receive a refund.
- Products that have been unsealed or removed from their original packaging (including shrink-wrapped or sealed items) are generally not eligible for return, except in cases of quality issues; should a quality issue arise, only a replacement of the same product will be offered.
- Items purchased from other retailers or sellers may only be returned to the original point of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s or seller’s return policy.
- Brand-new, unread and unopened items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the delivery note, for a full refund of the original purchase price (including applicable taxes and fees). However, the buyer is responsible for both the original delivery and return postage costs.
- Items purchased as part of a ‘Buy X, Get Y Free’ promotion are eligible for exchange only, unless all items purchased under that promotion are returned together, in which case a refund may be processed (within 30 days). Free gifts cannot be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value than their original price.
- Delivery charges for all orders placed with the shop are non-refundable.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items returned after 30 days, without a receipt, or for products not sold by jinghuachina.
- Jinghuachina reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at its sole discretion.

Please send the item(s) to the Returns Department, accompanied by the delivery note, order confirmation email or statement of account. Specific return instructions are provided on the delivery note included in the parcel. We provide pre-printed return labels bearing the Returns Department’s address.
- Some parcels may not include a packing list. If you have not received a packing list, please print the dispatch confirmation email you received after the goods were dispatched. Place the printout inside the parcel and clearly mark your order number on the outside of the parcel. If no packing list or a printout of the dispatch confirmation email is provided, we will be unable to process the return and you will not receive a refund.
- If you are returning an item because you did not receive the product you ordered, please note on the packing slip/dispatch confirmation which item you should have received, so that the warehouse knows how to process the return.
